Native American Encampment and Craft Show
Lake Champlain Maritime Museum—Join members of the Eastern Woodlands confederacy, Elnu Abenaki and others for the museum's second annual weekend celebration of the region's Native American heritage. Visitors will gain a Native American perspective on the upcoming anniversary of Samuel de Champlain's first visit to the lake that now bears his name. Blueberry Hill Inn—Rain or shine the Goshen Gallop is run every year on the third Saturday of July. Is "the toughest 10 km run in New England," following the scenic Blueberry Hill Inn cross-country ski trails and gravel roads of the town, in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest and Moosalamoo National Recreation Area. Small Boat Festival
Lake Champlain Maritime Museum—Celebrating of great boating and great small boats. Enjoy live music and great food all weekend. Meet the boat builders and admire fine watercraft on exhibit. Saturday: Kids Duct Tape Regatta (10 am-1 pm) involves the design, building and launching of cardboard boats big enough to ride in. Sunday: Lake Champlain Challenge Race pits human-powered craft against one another in a three-mile race to the New York shore and back. Bring own human-powered boat, kayak or canoe to row or paddle.
