Historic Vermont Farmhouse Vacation  for you and your family, just minutes from downtown Middlebury available four-seasons and holidays by the night, weekend or week.

The Fiddler's House on Fiddler's Lane: Imagine a get-away for yourself in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath 1888 farmhouse. Simply furnished it is complete with full kitchen and laundry. There's a shower on the first floor, a shower and tub on the 2nd floor for the kids or a suite for an extra couple. The Fiddler's house is topped off with a jacuzzi tub and shower on the third floor for the King and Queen so you can all get ready for that special occasion together. Wake up to stunning views of the Adirondacks and Green Mountains, alpacas grazing in the pastures and miles of dirt roads to mountain bike, jog or explore. There's even a skating or fishing pond out back, with plenty of opportunities to hike, bird watch or cross country ski. If motorized recreation is your thing, The VAST snowmobile trail is accessible through the fields out back and class-4 roads are right around the corner. Fix a light meal in the kitchen for a field trip to downtown Olympic Village of Lake Placid, a little over an hour away, or the Vermont Ski towns without paying ski town rates. Spend an evening out with Burlington or Rutland just under an hour. Plan a week exploring the Lake, Mountains and fields with Vermont shopping and dining opportunities just minutes away. Mom and Dad can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room or spectacular sunsets as the kids play board games and watch movies as the days wind down and then retire comfortably to  separate bedrooms. Includes free admission and tour of Addison County's premier and oldest family run alpaca and goat ranch.

Don't forget to stop by the "Fair Trade" shop on the ranch site to find that wonderful warm Alpaca garment or made in Vermont product. Available for Weekends, Weddings, Wine and Cheese Parties and Group events. The farm house can sleep up to 10 with additional cottage, loft room and bunk house available for small group events up to 20. Ranch stay available separately. Ranch "hay room pavilion" and meadows available seasonally for catered events "under the big top".
